Penetration testing services for US companies
Balhence provides penetration testing for US companies across web applications, APIs, SaaS, cloud, and AI systems. Remote engagements have agreed business-hours overlap and data-handling terms. Every reported finding is human-verified, with clear evidence and practical fixes to support engineering, customer security reviews, and your compliance program.
Built for how US teams buy penetration testing
A customer needs security evidence, an audit is approaching, or a sensitive release needs review. Start with that decision. We agree the application boundary, technical coverage, deliverables, and test window before work begins.
Our remote service is available to US teams. We do not claim a US office or US-based staff.
Testing for SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001
- SOC 2 penetration testing
- PCI DSS requirement 11.4 testing
- HIPAA technical safeguards testing
- ISO 27001 testing and the wider compliance scope
A pentest provides technical evidence. Agree compliance requirements and any data-residency or privacy obligations with the responsible reviewer; the assessment does not itself establish compliance.
Application, cloud, network and AI penetration testing services
- Web application penetration testing
- REST and GraphQL API testing
- SaaS and multi-tenant security testing
- Cloud penetration testing for IAM, workloads and Kubernetes
- External, internal and segmentation network testing
- Identity and access reviews
- AI and LLM application testing
- PTaaS and ongoing release testing
Cloud and network workstreams need an inventory, access plan and operational limits of their own. An application pentest does not establish coverage of every cloud permission or internal network path. Put shared checks and any additional validation depth in one scope matrix so overlapping findings are consolidated without duplicate charges.
Working with a US team remotely
Agree your time zone, scoping-call availability, and escalation hours before scheduling. You have an accountable engagement owner and named contacts for urgent findings. NDA and MSA terms can be discussed during scoping; scope, authorization, and data-handling terms must be agreed before testing.
Record where evidence may be handled, who can access it, retention and deletion, approved providers, and any residency restrictions. Prefer controlled accounts and synthetic test data. No confidential material is sent to an AI provider without your approval.
What US procurement teams should confirm
Tell us whether your organization restricts tester location, evidence storage, subcontractors, or the providers used during an assessment. Confirm those constraints before choosing a test date.
Put the time-zone overlap, escalation contacts, deliverables, review meetings, and re-test terms in the proposal. Discuss any NDA, MSA, insurance, or vendor-onboarding requirements during scoping so feasibility can be confirmed.
Use the same written boundary when comparing proposals. A lower effort estimate may reflect fewer roles, environments, integrations, or re-test checks; ask what is included before comparing the total. Share these requirements when you request a US penetration testing proposal.
How a US penetration testing engagement works
- Discuss the system, deadline, reviewers, and access requirements.
- Receive a written proposal with scope, effort, exclusions, deliverables, and any re-test.
- Agree authorization, rules of engagement, data terms, and the test window.
- Receive urgent alerts as agreed, followed by the report, walkthrough, and re-test record.
Pentest reports for US engineering and security reviewers
- An executive summary with the agreed scope, testing dates, report issue date, methodology, and coverage limits.
- Human-verified findings with impact, prerequisites, evidence, severity reasoning, and practical fixes.
- A report walkthrough and an agreed route for urgent findings.
- A bounded re-test of agreed fixes when included in the agreement, with each finding recorded as fixed, partially fixed, not fixed, or not re-tested.
- Agreed report recipients, review milestones, and re-test window, with delivery or coverage constraints recorded for procurement and security reviewers.
US penetration testing FAQ
Are you a US-based penetration testing company?
Balhence is a remote practice serving US teams. We do not claim a physical US office or US-based staff. Agree the required time-zone overlap and any location constraints before booking.
Where is our data handled?
Data location, access, retention, deletion, and approved tools are agreed before testing. Tell us about residency or contractual restrictions during scoping so we can confirm whether the engagement is feasible.
Can you meet our audit deadline?
Share the date at the start. We confirm a workable schedule for setup, testing, reporting, fixes, and re-testing after reviewing scope and availability.
